Full Name: 'Abdur Rahmaan Ibn Naasir Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Naasir Aal Sa'dee.
Kunya: Abu 'Abdullaah.
Born: 1307 H | 1886 C.E. in ‘Unayzah, Qaseem.
Died: 1376 A.H. | 1955 C.E.
His mother died while he was four and his father at ten, he was brought up as an orphan. However he was raised well, he memorized the Qur-aan proficiently at the age of eleven, he then went on to study under the scholars of his area as well as those who came to visit from elsewhere. He was serious about his studies and put in a lot of effort until he attained the lions share from all sciences.
At twenty three he started teaching, he was teaching and learning at the same time, spending all his time in that until he became the focal point of teaching in his area, all students used to study under him.

إسمه: عبد الرحمن بن ناصر بن عبد الله بن ناصر آل سعدي
كنيته: أبو عبد الله
مولده: 1307 هـ | 1886 مـ
وفاته: 728 هـ | 1328 مـ
وتوفيت أمه وله أربع سنين ، وتوفي والده وله سبع سنين ، فتربى يتيماً ولكنه نشأ نشأة حسنة ، وقد قرأ القرآن بعد وفاة والده ثم حفظه عن ظهر قلب ، وأتقنه وعمره أحد عشر سنة ، ثم اشتغل في التعلم على علماء بلده وعلى من قدم بلده من العلماء ، فاجتهد وجد حتى نال الحظ الأوفر من كل فن من فنون العلم ، ولما بلغ من العمر ثلاثاً وعشرين سنة جلس للتدريس فكان يتعلم ويعلم ، ويقضي جميع أوقاته في ذلك حتى صار التدريس ببلده راجعاً إليه ، ومعول جميع الطلبة في التعلم عليه .
